ICT Master Plan, Jorge Chavez International Airport, Lima, Peru,  (2017 - 2019)

In 2017 McCor was commissioned to develop the 10 Year ICT Master Plan for Jorge Chavez International Airport.  The project considered the key aspects of ICT Planning – Systems, Organisation and Procedures to provide a comprehensive 6 Part Strategy for the future delivery of ICT systems and services to the airport.  The Plan covered 131 operational and business systems for the airport and included high level requirements, performance expectations, an investment forecast and delivery roadmap.

Importantly, the ICT Master Plan was developed as the systems strategy for the Airport Expansion Project. 

The outcome:

The technical roadmaps, were subsequently developed by McCor to form the Employers Requirements definition for the ICT infrastructure for the Airport Expansion Project.
