ICT Due Diligence, Sofia Airport, Bulgaria (2016)​

McCor Airport Solutions was tasked to support the Due Diligence on Sofia Airport for one of the bidders for the airport concession. The work entailed assessing the requirements for Information Communications and Technology (ICT) infrastructure at Sofia International Airport both at the time of taking on the Concession and through the associated expansion programme.   Aspects included the ability of the ICT systems to support the required operational principles, the ability of the ICT systems to support business resilience and the ability of the ICT systems to support the Concession holder through the expansion of the airport.

           The outcome:

​The delivered report provided a comprehensive assessment of the ICT infrastructure and then provided a series of recommendations for each operational ICT system.  ​
